Objective: competitive sports play a part of a very important role recently with the high-speed development of the sports.Because the athlete needs to face lots of competition and hard training,the probability of sport injury is really high.Therefore,evaluating the athlete’s body functions and conditions in a scientific way for the trainers to make the training plans and competition tasks is of importance.This thesis uses the method of functional movement screen to test the athletes from a part of the representative team in Chengdu Sport University.According to the analysis of the quality of finishing the movement,we can find the incompleteness,asymmetry and limitation of the movement,which can help us find the trend of causing the sport injury as soon as possible and then give feedback to the trainers and athletes,which can provide evidence to the trainers to make scientific and effective training plans and reduce the sport injury risk.Methods:This thesis uses the methods of document literature,logical analysis,measurement,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics to test 156 athletes from 11 representative teams in Chengdu Sport University in the side of FMS and questionnaire survey.Combining the athletes’ conditions with sport injury questionnaire survey,we can analyses the body conditions of athletes,and to make sure the part of body hidden danger of sport injury,which can help trainers adjust the training plans and competition arrangement based on the feedback Results:(1)The Most tested FMS sport teams reached the passing score,in which cheerleading,martial arts routines,and Sanshou reached the average scores of 16 points;7 ball programs have the average between 14 and 15 points.Only swimming team average score is 13.49 and did not reach the passing score.(2)The rotary stability average score is 1.78 and none are full score,This indicates that their core stability is poor.(3)On the basis of the questionnaire,57% athletes have shoulder joint hidden injury,50% athletes have knee joint hidden injury,38% athletes have ankle joint hidden injury,and 45% have spine hidden injury.Conclusions:(1)There is relevancy between the differences of the FMS test score and sports features.(2)FMS test could reflect the poor links when athletes finish body basic movement to some extent,which can provide scientific evidence to trainers and athletes when making target training.It is also significant to find hidden sport injury in advance.(3)The phenomenon of athletes who joined training and competition when they already have pain and specific injury is general.This could lead to a more serious pain,and lengthen the convalescence. |
