With the constantly development of technology and competition rules,competitive aerobics project put forward higher requirements on the athletes' physical quality and fitness training.Athletes can get higher grades in the match when they have a high level of bodily functions and the reasonable training.If the training load is too light,it will have no effective stimulus on the athletes body function.If the training load is too heavy,it will produce fatigue phenomenon and lead to athletes misfired in the match.How to reasonable arrangement of training plans and timely adjustment the sports load to guiding sports training,promote the bodily function level,is a vital problem on the athletics training.This study,use omega wave system as testing instrument,through expert interviews,field tracing investigation,Phys-ical function tests,mathematical statistics method.Analysis the impact of training arrangement on aerobics athletes body function indicators in differ-ent training stages.According to the changes of the each function indicators to adjust the training plan and training load for coaches and achieve the objectives of the athletes function level constantly improve.Study of 18(9 male and 9 female)high level competitive aerobics athletes' ten indicators of body function test result in different training stage.We have the following conclusions:(1)Three different stages of training arrangement makes men and women athletes of autonomic nervous function level adjustment system is improved.In the competition training phase,the ANS is given priority to the sympathetic nervous regulation,in the recovery phase,the ANS is given priority to vagus nerve regulation.In competition training phase,the vagus nerve of female athletes are more likely to occur excitatory decline phenomenon than male athletes.(2)The recovery phase training arrangement makes the male and female athletes' central nervous system function enhanced than competition training phase.In the competition training phase,male athletes' central nervous tensity is higher than female athletes.(3)Under three stages' aerobic and anaerobic exercise ability training arrangements,male and female athletes' aerobic capacity have no obvious increase,male athletes of anaerobic ability also have no obvious increase,female athletes' anaerobic capacity has obvious improved.(4)Under three stages muscle motion ability training arrangement,male and female athletes' the biggest jump height have no obvious changes,male athletes' ATP-CP system and glycolysis system ability have no obvious changes,female athletes' ATP-CP system capability and glycolysis system has obvious improved.(5)The male's function of the energy metabolism and muscle movement ability is superior to female athletes.(6)The long-term monitoring for high level competitive aerobics athletes body function indicators can help coaches adjust male and female athlete's training program.
