At present,the country is actively promoting the revision of the training program for the master of education,especially the modification of the training program for teaching practice,and the teaching skill is also an important part of the teaching practice skills,which also needs the attention and attention of the educational circle.In the last ten years,the course of speaking has been gradually expanded,and speaking,as a new form of teaching and research,it is an effective way to understand and master the theory of education,to understand and master the theory of education and to study and reflect on the teaching.At the same time,as an effective way to examine teachers' basic skills,speaking lessons have been widely accepted and applied by primary and secondary schools in recent years.More and more education departments also regard it as an important means to investigate and select normal graduates and master of education.In other words,the level of speaking skills directly affects the teachers'professional skills and professional quality,and will also affect the quality of teachers' qualification evaluation and the advantages and disadvantages of employment.Therefore,whether normal students,master of education or in-service teachers should pay attention to the training of speaking skills.As a master of secondary school education in the new era,we should cherish the limited time of school,and improve his professional skills and teaching ability by speaking lessons.In combination with the new concept of the new curriculum reform,how to better use and play its special functions and how to improve the level of teaching skills more effectively will be a subject worthy of our study.This paper,taking the master of physical education as an example,aims to track and study how to improve the level of teaching skills of the master of physics in the course of two years' professional degree.First,it classifies the skills of speaking,including the skills to deal with the teaching materials,the skills of analysis and logic,the skills of teaching design,the skills to carry out the innovation of teaching characteristics,the skills of using multimedia and the basic skills of speaking classes.Through questionnaire survey,we can understand the current level of skill level of physics education postgraduates and find out the reasons why their skills are not high.The main problems are as follows:the general level of the master's skills in teaching physics is uneven;the attitude to the course of speaking is not good;the teaching objectives are unsuitable;the teaching material is not fully analyzed;the design of the teaching process is not scientific;the analysis of the learning situation is not in place;the problem consciousness and the thinking consciousness are weak;the relationship between the teaching case and the lecture manuscript is not dealt with.When speaking,the skills of speaking lessons are not used properly;and the ability to express lesson materials and language is not strong enough.On the basis of literature research and questionnaire survey,we know the training program of the training program of master of physical education in Teachers' colleges and universities,study the concrete ways of each college,and understand the contribution of the college to the development of the skill level of the students.On this basis,we sum up and supplement a set of specific ways to improve the skills level of the master of physical education.It mainly includes seven aspects:the comprehensive treatment of teaching materials,the analysis of multiple angles of learning,the precise selection of the teaching method,the careful design of the teaching process,the perfect design of the book of books,and the full excavation of the teaching design.Characteristic innovation;mastering basic teaching skills.Finally,the author puts forward seven practical ways to carry out the practice of lesson presentation,taking the author himself as an example to track the author's training process in participating in the lecture contest.At the same time,the author evaluated the author's skill level,and recorded the process of improving the skill level,summarizing experience and reflecting.
