As the essential component in daily teaching activities,classroom questioning is the most effective way for teachers to impart knowledge to students.Generally speaking,teachers' questioning behavior in the teaching process attaches great influence on the quality of classroom teaching to some extent.At present,the phenomenon of ineffectiveness or inefficient in high school Chinese classroom still exists.Facing with many problems in the high school Chinese classroom,it is very important for us to explore how to improve the effectiveness of teachers' classroom questioning.Based on the analysis of status of the implementation in the high school Chinese classroom questioning,the author proposed the targeted strategies to existing problems so as to improve the effectiveness of the high school Chinese classroom questioning.This paper was divided into five parts: the first part was the introduction,including the proposed research questions and the interpretation of related concepts.The second part explained the investigation of status of the effective implementation in the high school Chinese classroom questioning.Trough questionnaires and actual observations,this paper,taking a high school as an example,analyzed the survey data and summed up the existing problems;the third part defined the validity of high school Chinese classroom questioning,mainly including principles and standards;The fourth part elaborated the construction of effective questioning in high school Chinese classroom,and proposed the targeted strategies for the existing problems from the following aspects.Firstly,during a design and question session,teachers should draw up a plan based on goals and employ questioning skills masterly;in the guidance and assistance session,teachers should enlighten students' thinking,construct atmosphere,promote collaborative development and effectiveness;in the part of listening and questioning,it was essential for teachers to learn to listen,appropriate questioning,explore nature in depth,and promote exchanges;in the feedback and reflection session,there should be the effective feedback,multiple evaluation and learn to question.The last part is the evaluation of effective classroom teaching questioning.Taking concrete case as an example,the author further explained the principles and standards of the effective questioning with a view to improve teachers' understanding level and theoretical accomplishment.It has been practiced that effective classroom questioning can not only stimulate students' interest in learning,improve students' thinking level,exercise their language skills,but also enable students to find and solve problems in the dialogue with teachers or texts.
