Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Law Enforcement Standardization In Ningde Prison

In the harmonious social atmosphere,the breeding of all kinds of illegal and criminal activities is a major social disease.As one of the important departments of the state power under the people's democratic dictatorship,prison bears the great responsibility of detaining,supervising criminals,and carrying out criminal law enforcement activities smoothly.Especially in recent years,with the wide popularization of Internet technology,with the economic and social development,the prison has become a major problem With the continuous development of the legal system and the construction of service-oriented government,the concept of citizens' legal system has been constantly improved,and public emergencies can often trigger the discussion of the whole society.Under this situation,in recent years,the incidents of prolonged detention or abnormal death of prisoners caused by improper law enforcement by prison police have been reported in the newspapers.In the past,the closed prison system has come into the public's attention,Therefore,the prison police how to standardize law enforcement and fully protect the human rights of criminals put forward new requirements,prison work is facing new challenges and opportunities,affected by the old prison culture,part of the prison prison management and treatment of prisoners to punishment,reform as the second,as for service,after the evolution of social law and politics in recent years,the penalty implementation system at all levels With the efforts of the practitioners in this field,transparency,humanization and education have been gradually realized,which has contributed a lot to the improvement of penalty implementation results in China.Under the guidance of the new public service theory,this paper uses comprehensive analysis and comparative research method,literature research method,investigation analysis method and case study method to study the standardization of law enforcement in Ningde prison.Based on my work experience and long-term on-the-spot investigation during the writing of the thesis,it is found that although Ningde prison has devoted a lot of energy to the construction of law enforcement standardization and achieved some results,there are still some problems that are difficult to overcome,such as poor professionalism of prison police,uneven quality,single means of law enforcement,insufficient content of law enforcement standardization and construction of law enforcement standardization On the basis of the above-mentioned field investigation and analysis,I refer to the relevant literature and learn from the governance experience of developed countries,and put forward some suggestions for the standardization of law enforcement in Ningde prison,including: improving the personal quality and ability of prison police,popularizing the concept of modern prison and improving the prison management mechanism,changing the concept of law enforcement,speeding up the specialization and standardization of law enforcement To strengthen the standardization of prison law enforcement guidance.Through the study of this paper,the author puts forward some suggestions on the construction of the standardization of law enforcement in Ningde prison,so as to improve the level of standardization of law enforcement in Ningde prison,so as to balance the law enforcement of prison police and the protection of human rights of criminals.
