Middle East has been one of the hotspot of international concern, especially the contradiction between Israel and Arab countries surrounding, through to the relationship between Israel and Palestine,Israel and Egypt vein combing, found the relations between the two to meet the transformation mechanism of power relations specification, which affect the structure of power relations, through mandatory changes affect the behavior of power,to reconstruct the concept. In a certain period,Israel, with its super strength, was the influencer in the structure of power relations, while Egypt and Palestine were the influencers,in the constraints of coercive power that Israel had established against them. This paper is based on the power constructivism theory. In the power relationship structure, the affected person will be subject to the power constraint from the affected person, and there are many factors that affect the power constraint strength. This paper tries to study the power difference between the affected person and the affected person, whether there is a correlation with the power relationship constraint strength, and if so,what is the specific relationship. The introduction of this paper introduces the significance of the research and design ideas; The first chapter analyzes the theory of power constructivism. In the second chapter, the main concepts are clearly defined and the standard of variable measurement is determined.Chapter three and chapter four take the egyptian-israel relationship and the palestinian-israel relationship as cases to study the hypothesis. The fifth part draws a conclusion according to the research results and reflects on the shortcomings of the paper.
