As a relatively new branch of the theoretical study for international relations, the study of Power Constructivism is still in its infancy. The purpose of this paper is to study and analyze that under the constraint of power relations, the two parties--size of the independent behavior space that the affected person can have, and the strength of bilateral restraint relations,in the same period weather they could have a correlated relationship, and final for enhance the explanatory power of the Power Constructivism theory.Based on research purposes,we make a following assumptions: Under the constraints of power relations, there is a positively correlated relations between the space of the affected person's independent behavior towards a particular event and the Influential constraints taking by the influencer,In the following article,I will gradually verify the existence of this correlation. The whole article can be divided into five parts: the first part introduced the theoretical core of power constructivism, combed the research process of power constructivism, analyzed the three conditions of power relationship, and laid the foundation for the research;the second part defined the variables needed, defined the elements needed by the research and put forward specific hypotheses for the problems to be studied; The third part focused on the history and current situation of the PalestineIsrael issue and clarified its rationality as a case study of power constructivism;the fourth part analyzed several specific variables and found out the changing trend of variables in corresponding time;the last part analyzed the relationship between variables to verified that the hypothesis is correct, and analyzed what is the shortcomings that the verification procedures had.
