Abstract/Summary:
As early as the 1920 s,the Communist Party of China and the French Communist Party have established close inter-party relations on the basis of the principle of "proletarian International Union" put forward by Marx. After the founding of the People’s Republic of China in 1949,with the Communist Party of China becoming the ruling party and choosing to join the socialist camp led by the Soviet Union,it began to face two problems: maintaining the unity of the international communist movement as a Marxist party, strengthening the friendship with the French Communist Party, and came into contact with various countries from the perspective of national interests.Naturally,it also involves dealing with the French government, which represents the interests of the bourgeoisie. As for the French Communist Party, the victory of the Chinese Communist Party in seizing the political power has greatly encouraged its enthusiasm for carrying out the revolutionary cause in France. Therefore,it also hopes to expand its influence in the French political arena and further consolidate its relations with the Communist Party of China by promoting the official exchanges between China and France. In other words, since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the inter-party relationship between the Communist Party of China and the French Communist Party has been closely combined with the relationship between China and France. However,in quite a long period of history, due to the different realistic judgments of the two parties on the relationship between China and France,as well as many divergences on many issues surrounding the international communist movement, the two parties have always been in contradiction in understanding how to treat the interaction among the inter-party relationship between the Communist Party of China and the French Communist Party and the relationship between China and France. At one time, the relationship between the two parties was at a low ebb.It was not until the normalization of the relations between the two parties was restored in 1982 that the Communist Party of China and the French Communist Party really realized that the interaction between the two parties could not only enhance the friendship between the two parties, but also have a profound impact on the relations between China and France.Since then, the term "state relations" has gradually appeared in the talks between the two parties. At present, due to the increasing trend of globalization and the new theoretical and practical innovation of the Communist Party of China and the French Communist Party in the process of exploring their own road to socialist construction,it is necessary for the two parties to further examine the significance of the relationship among the two parties to the Sino-French relationship from a new height. Thus, the two parties can realize their socialist ideals while keeping the Sino-French relations stable. Therefore, this paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter mainly discusses the concepts of "party diplomacy","inter-party relations","state relations",etc.the second chapter mainly introduces the French Communist Party and its relationship with French party politics. The third to the fifth chapters focus on the inter-party communication between the Communist Party of China and the French Communist Party from the founding of the People’s Republic of China to the present, focusing on the differences between the two parties while discussing the relations between China and France in different periods.
