The Design And Implementation Of The Online Comprehensive Management System Of "Jiashan Public Security" Based On E-government

On June 22,2018,the relevant notice promulgated by the State Council pointed out that it is necessary to further promote the reform of "one network,one door,one time" of government service and accelerate the construction of a nationwide integrated online government service system,so that enterprises and the masses can work as conveniently as "online shopping" in government departments,which means that China's e-government has begun to enter a new stage of development.At the same time,with the rapid development of mobile smart devices and their applications,WeChat,as the largest social service application software currently used by the public,has made many government public security departments deeply understand the advantages of using it for online government affairs.The content of this paper is based on the design and implementation of the online comprehensive management system of "Jiashan Public Security".Firstly,the paper starts from the demand analysis of the two business management systems.On this basis,the main functions and roles of each subsystem under each business system are divided by UML modeling.Then,the overall network architecture,software development architecture and the choice of technical solutions of the system are designed in a comparative way.After that,the detailed design and technical realization of each subsystem under the two major systems of household management and supervision business management were carried out.Finally,the test results of the integrated system and related security solutions are explained.This integrated system is a Web integrated application based on ASP.NET MVC framework model and B/S architecture.It uses HTML,CSS,JavaScript,jQuery WeUI,Ace Admin,JS-SDK,MySQL,online lottery algorithm and other development techniques to complete the implementation of the entire system.At the same time,the image uploaded in the whole business process is scaled and processed by using the equal proportion non-losing true compression algorithm.The integrated system includes two parts,the WeChat end and the PC end,which implements business application,police approval and other auxiliary functions.The system aims to allow users to "run at least once" and provide great convenience to the masses and government public security departments.The integrated system is simple,efficient,safe and stable.At present,most of the subsystems have been put into operation and piloted.
