With the promotion of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,the rural areas put forward higher requirements for the management of the leading soldiers.The rural cadre school is not only a school for the education of academic qualifications and continuing education of rural cadres,but also an important position for the cultivation of high-quality cadres in rural areas.It aims to output a batch of excellent "leading geese" for the revitalization of rural areas.The modernization of rural governance system is an important guarantee for rural revitalization,and rural rule of law is an important basis for rural governance.Because of this,the rural cadre school regards the law course as the core course of the curriculum system in the original curriculum.Jining rural cadre school in Shandong Province,as the pioneer of training rural cadres,its practice is particularly prominent.Therefore,this paper takes the school as the starting point,and expects to analyze and study the legal course teaching of the rural cadre school in China through the way of "dissecting sparrows",find out its achievements and problems,and put forward suggestions for improvement.The first part of this paper is the introduction.The second part is the analysis of the current situation of the legal course in Jining rural cadre school.In the process of analysis,we mainly use the methods of questionnaire,teacher interview,view the teaching program and results.It is found that it has formed its own brand and characteristics in setting up law courses.The third part mainly introduces some problems existing in the law course of Jining rural cadre school.Even though Jining rural cadre school has formed its own brand,it can be found that there are still some problems in its legal course through the questionnaire survey of the students of Jining rural cadre school,such as: the degree of attention to the legal course has not reached its due height,the lack of interpretation of the hot issues in rural areas in the legal teaching,the lack of rural front-line teachers in the composition of teachers,and assessment The mechanism focuses on theory and other issues.The fourth part is based on the above problems,put forward some specific measures to improve.First,we need to expand the ranks of law teachers with first-line rural work experience.In addition,professors who have been in the front line of universities for a long time and who study the laws and regulations in rural areas should take social responsibility and actively "send the law to the countryside".The second is to adopt a diversified evaluation mechanism.We should adhere to theory and practice,set up scientific and systematic evaluation standards in practice assessment,and invite practical experts to exchange and cooperate.Rural cadre schools should strengthen exchanges and cooperation with experts in practice,and regularly invite practical experts to school for exchanges and cooperation,so as to adapt to the changing practical needs.Fourth,hold rich practical activities on a regular basis.In the course of law,rich practical activities should also be held.In the fifth part,from the point of view of "everything should be done in advance,otherwise it will be abandoned",in order to better implement the law course in the teaching activities,in addition to the above-mentioned macro level suggestions,on the basis of reference to the teaching design of other courses,this paper also makes a more detailed discussion on the principles and objectives of teaching design,teaching difficulties and key points.In the process of discussion,on the one hand,the author thinks that the teaching design of law course should be based on the combination of theory and practice,and on this basis,the practicality of the course should be highlighted to cultivate the practical ability of students to provide legal services for the countryside.On the other hand,in the process of teaching,we should grasp the key points and difficulties of teaching,such as: training students to master the core knowledge of rural law,fully combining the positions of students to arrange the internship,meeting the needs of different students,and effectively connecting the various legal categories and other courses.In a word,this paper tries to find out the current situation of legal courses in secondary vocational schools in Jining area,and then find out some common problems existing in rural cadre schools in China,in order to provide more experience of legal courses for many secondary rural cadre schools under the revitalization of rural areas,so as to improve the reform of legal courses in rural cadre schools and at the same time provide opportunities for China to promote the rule of law in rural areas Copy and popularize the talent training mode.
