The major duty of police vocational colleges is how to cultivaten high quality talents who have the abilities to adapt to the requirements of front police job. Transformation of education is the chief method to complete this duty. Therefore, during the developments of our education which is guided by obtaining employment and depended by capability, course construction is put on a very important position. How to carry out and what kind of theories to follow are the urgent tasks of the teachers of police vocational college to explore.From vocational education standpoint, the article choose the course"Antecedent Tria"as the object to study by utilizing modern teaching design philosophies and patterns and associating teaching realities of investigation discipline in police vocational colleges. At the same time design the systematic teaching of"Antecedent Tria"in an all-roud way,for example, in the analysis of the teaching demands, the properties and ideas of the course,the object and the content of the course, teaching strategies, teaching evaluation,and so on: It also verified that"Antecedent Tria"is good for improving students'intrests of study, enhancing students'original idea and promote students'academic record.In my opinion, the teaching design philosophies and patterns which are dominated by teaching instead of ignoring students'congnitive characteristics are important for giving full scope to teachers'guiding place and improving teachers'capabilities of orgnization; the teaching deshn philosophies and patterns which are dominated by learning instead of ignoring teachers'guidance and help are important for giving free rein to students'pinciple part and improving great enthusiam and effects for study among the students. The basic pattern of vocational education is the one that makes students the principle part and the teacher play the leading role. Analyzing students'recognition capacities and choosing adapatable teaching patterns is the basic principle of teaching design. Evaluation on study results especially on students'process of learning should be attached importance to by reviewing the negative influences of previous teaching evaluation.
