Research On The Cultivation Of Young Pioneers' Sense Of Ceremony

How to enhance the effectiveness of ritual education to maximize the growth and development of Young Pioneers has always been has been the focus of the Young Pioneers workers to explore.At present,the ritual activities of Young Pioneers are not uncommon,but the ritual activities which can not have a profound impact on Young Pioneers are also common.Explore its roots,educators pay too much attention to the expression form of ritual activities when they educated Young Pioneers in ideology through ritual activities,but ignored the sense of ritual of the Young Pioneers in the ritual participation,which affects the effectiveness of ritual education to some extent.The sense of ritual produced by the Young Pioneers in the ritual activities is a bridge that promotes their cognitive to behavioral changes,the development level of the sense of ritual is directly related to the life growth of the Young Pioneers.Therefore,cultivating the sense of ritual of Young Pioneers is not only helpful to enhance the educational effect of ritual activities,but also greatly helps to realize the life growth of Young Pioneers and promote the development of socialist cause.Based on the above background,on the basis of theoretical analysis,this study conducted a field survey on the development status of the sense of the Young Pioneers by means of questionnaires and interviews,and finally proposes targeted cultivation strategies.Through the related literature study and data analysis,this study draws the following conclusions:Firstly,this study considers the sense of ritual to be the peak experience produced by the participating subjects in the process of participating in the ritual.As a kind of senior emotion,the sense of ritual can be cultivated through scientific means.At the same time,this study also elaborated the theoretical basis of the cultivation of the sense of ritual of the Young Pioneers,and carried out a detailed combing and analysis of the relevant theoretical basis.Secondly,theoretically explored the influencing factors of the formation and development of the sense of ritual,it is believed that the formation and development of the sense of ritual will be affected by both the internal state of the ritual participants and the state of ritual activities,which is the result of the interaction between the participants and the objects of ritual activities.Thirdly,according to the survey results,the Young Pioneers’ experience of the sense of ritual during ritual participation is not strong,and the ritual education of the Young Pioneers did not have a profound impact on the Young Pioneers.The mainperformance is: the character experience is not good,and the sense of ritual is alienated to the sense of distance;the cognition of the ritual is shallow,and the sense of ritual presents the "no sense" dilemma;the emotional interaction is not deep,and the sense of ritual is weakened;the tendency of formalization is serious,and the sense of ritual is reduced to the sense of form.Among them,the reasons leading to the poor sense of ritual experience of young pioneers are mainly as follows: the design of ritual events is unattractive;the standardization of ritual procedure is insufficient;the organization of ritual activities was not in place;the process of ritual education breaks down.Finally,Based on the analysis of the influencing factors and practical problems of the formation and development of the sense of ritual of the Young Pioneers,this study puts forward effective cultivation strategies.The first is to improve the awareness of the ritual activities of Young Pioneers;the second is to optimize the subjective psychological environment of the Young Pioneers;the third is to highlight the dominant position of the Young Pioneers in the ritual activities;the fourth is to innovate the design of the ritual activities of Young Pioneers;the fifth is to implement the specific requirements of each link of the ritual activities.
