| Along with the development of economy,the spiritual and the material needs grow which brings a faster progress to the logistic industry.Based on the 2018 Annual Statistics of Post Industry,50.71 billion services were delivered by the end of the year,and the industry made a total income of 603.84 billion yuan,which was 26.6% and 21.8% higher than the previous year respectively.China has been considered continuously as the number one country in express industry;its mailing market is more than three fold of that of the US.In here,delivering is a vital part of the third industry which links up the supply and the demand,transforms the logistics industry and upgrades the public spending,it shows great efforts on various aspects such as stabilizing the growth,adjusting the structure and benefiting the livelihood.In China,this industry is witnessing its second upsurge under the well-going civil-military integration campaign.Last year,the logistics department of the People’s Liberation Army Air Force and the leading logistic companies(including China Post Express Logistics Co.,Ltd.,China Railway Express Co.,Ltd.,SF Group,Debon Logistics,Jingdong Logistics and other five logistics companies)signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement of Air Force Logistics through Civil-Military Integration.According to the protocol,all parties will enhance an in-depth collaboration in eight aspects through twenty-three projects in the next five years to set up a logistical infrastructure with a systematical management from the military side,a completed standard working procedure and a wide coverage.This dissertation started from the current situation of the post-integration of the logistic industry,mainly studied on SF Express on its integration strategies by consulting similar collaborations worldwide;by literature research,systematical analysis and a combination of theories and realities,the paper discussed further on SF Express ’ competitive strategies particularly in civil-military integration field.By means of PEST and SWOT,the essay analyzed its strategies and proposed a possible scheme and its implementation criteria of the competition. |
