Research On Governance Issues Based On The Participation Of Multiple Subjects In Wenzhou Linglou Community

In recent years,since the political,economic and social environment of our country has undergone dramatic changes,the form of community development has also undergone profound changes.Especially the main bodies involved in community governance are more diversified,and the relationship among the government,social organizations and community residents is constantly changing.Therefore,the researches aimed at the multi-subject participation in urban community governance are booming,which play an important role in the democratic governance of the community and the democratization process in China.It is not difficult to find that our government has been in the leading role in community development,and government leadership motivate to promote the development of community governance,such as resource support,policy support and so on.However,the "achievements project" still exists in community governance.In order to achieve the goal of government as soon as possible,more attentions are paid to the community space allocation and community equipment while the diverse needs of residents are ignored.The innovative development of community governance is very important for building the foundation of international governance of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and promoting urban development.Therefore,the integration of grass-roots party building and social governance,the decentralization of government power,the encouragement of more subjects,and the guidance of more residents to actively participate in community governance have become the urgent task at present.The Lingou community in Wenzhou is a successful case of community governance under the participation of multiple subjects.By observing the participation of multiple subjects in community governance,exploring the work forms among various subjects,summarizing successful experiences and analyzing the present situation of their community construction,it is not only a summary of community construction,but also provides reference and help for other communities to enhance the relationship between various governance subjects.On the basis of previous studies,this paper,targeting Lingou community,studies the participation of multiple subjects in urban community governance through case study,observation method and literature research,and puts forward that we should make clear the core,innovate work and unite community governance;besides,we should build professional community workers team,build community service project specialization;promote community burden reduction and increase efficiency,enhance community autonomy;multi-measures should be taken to improve resources security and enhance residents’ sense of belonging;Then gather the multi-subject strength in the area of jurisdiction,promote the development of volunteer organizations in six aspects to further improve collaborative governance deficiencies of each body in the Lingou community...
