Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Urban Community Governance In China

Since 1978, the reform and opening up over the past thirty years, in our country, with the market economic system reform continues to move forward, political system reform is also constantly deepening, put forward such as the transformation of government functions, building a service-oriented government philosophy and so on, all reflect the change and progress in social governance concepts and modes of government in our country. Promoted by reform, social governance structure changes gradually, society is facing a new division of labor, social self management functions began to be an unprecedented expansion, while social autonomous forces is still in the immature stage, the basis of citizen participation is relatively weak.
