With the development of globalization and Internet technology,the app of Tik Tok,kuai shou and webcasting have sprung up and play a vital role in our daily life.The imitation of variety show is becoming more and more normal.Thus,the tort of Internet copyright has been seen everywhere.Internet copyright,a kind of intellectual property,plays a vital role in the economic development in a lot of countries.However,because of the characteristics of the network,more and more disputes on Internet copyright occur,and it is very difficult to solve the disputes.Therefore,more and more countries pay great attention to the international protection of Internet copyright.Based on the new disputes on copyright protection,this paper discusses the shortcoming of Internet copyright in china.By studying the theories and laws in the western countries,this paper put forward reasonable suggestion in order to protect the Internet copyright.
