Research On The Banning System Of The Song Dynasty

In the early days of ancient China,there was a policy of special sale of certain popular and specific products to obtain certain financial revenue.According to the data,guan first started to sell salt and ban food in his country.Qi was the first country to adopt the monopoly system and the beginning of the history of prohibition.On the basis of the continuous improvement and development of future generations,the song dynasty reached a certain height of development,is an important era in the history of China,it not only inherited the pre-system but also stems from the song dynasty people's life demand growth.Almost all the later dynasties adopted the prohibition method to increase the fiscal revenue.This paper first introduces the origin,production and evolution of the illegalsystem as well as the development of illegalsystem in the song dynasty.Then the development and characteristics of the song dynasty era prohibition system are presented through the introduction of three typical prohibitive systems of "LAN","LAN" and "LAN".In the end,the author makes an analysis of the song dynasty's prohibition system,and expounds its positive and negative effects.To sum up,these not only for our study of the forbidden Que history,insight into the forbidden Que system is benefit to the national financial and economic help,also to our today's construction of rule of law,the law agreed on all has certain realistic enlightenment function...
