Over the past 20 years of successful implementation of the "one country,two systems" policy,Hong Kong has made remarkable achievements.However,after the return of Hong Kong,some new problems have appeared in the development of roads,as is known to all,since the handover,Hong Kong society some inharmonious social phenomenon,such as against article 23 legislation,national education,"illegally",Hong Kong lawmaker "beam" in the inaugural ceremony "unpatriotic" event,and so on are indicating that some of Hong Kong people's national identity is still weak.Only under the framework of "one country,two systems" in Hong Kong,on the basis of the basic law,enhance people's national identity of Hong Kong,to safeguard national sovereignty,security and territorial integrity,to a more positive into the national development strategy,to find the development orientation of the future of Hong Kong,continued prosperity and stability,a total of round the Chinese dream of the Chinese national rejuvenation.This paper firstly sorts out the research status of domestic and foreign scholars on the issue of Hong Kong people's national identity,and explores the historical point at which Hong Kong's national identity diverges and the historical changes of Hong Kong's national identity by sorting out Hong Kong's modern history.Secondly,the author investigated the status of Hong Kong's national identity through field visits to Hong Kong respondents.As a result,Hong Kong people's recognition of the country has gradually increased,and their national consciousness has increased.The most fundamental reason is the central strictly follow the "one country,two systems" policy,abide by the basic law,to "Hong Kong people ruling Hong Kong","autonomy" of political commitment,maintain Hong Kong's original social system,economic,legal,and way of life unchanged,and at the same time the central efforts for the prosperity and stability of Hong Kong,which greatly improve the state of the masses were in Hong Kong.But at the same time,there are also negative factors for Hong Kong people to enhance their national identity.These negative factors to the basic law don't understand or misunderstanding of the political divide,Hong Kong's economic development bottleneck caused by the people's livelihood problem,Hong Kong's colonial education and the influence of the return of the national education absence,and the land port since the "free" dual social contradictions conflict problems are not conducive to enhancing Hong Kong people to national identity.How to enhance Hong Kong people's national identity is a key factor in the future development of Hong Kong.In the future,first of all,based on Hong Kong's good legal environment and society,we will adhere to the rule of law in Hong Kong under the framework of "one country,two systems" and strengthen the publicity and education of "one country,two systems" and the basic law.To speed up the enactment of article 23 of the basic law and determine Hong Kong's constitutional responsibility to safeguard national sovereignty,security and territorial integrity;Second,to maintain Hong Kong's traditional advantages,foster new economic growth points,promote Hong Kong's active integration into the "greater bay area" to develop the economic circle,and improve people's livelihood;Finally,we will strengthen the education of Chinese traditional culture and history among the young people of Hong Kong,strengthen people-to-people and cultural exchanges between the two places,and enhance cultural identity to build consensus between the two places,so as to jointly realize the "Chinese dream" of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
