Research On The Construction Of Tibetan Rural Credit System

In recent years,as China's economy has developed rapidly,rural economic development has been paid more and more attention.To maintain a stable development in the countryside,it is necessary to establish a sound credit system,which is the key to solving rural problems.At present,the discussion on the construction of the credit system focuses on whether it should be led by the government or market-oriented.At present,the view that the government needs to strengthen management has occupied most opinions.At the same time,it is believed that the government should speed up the construction of laws in this area,and the credit moral education for the rural population is the key point.Under the influence of the market economy,Western developed countries have established and gradually improved the credit system to make it spontaneous.In the content of concern,Western scholars mainly focus on the improvement and improvement of credit management and credit system.In addition,transition economics has also conducted some research on credit issues.However,the research on the construction of credit system under the transitional economy is very limited,and the research related to the construction of credit system in rural areas is even scarcer.This paper takes the construction of rural credit system in Tibet as the research object.Based on the development status,development conditions and constraints,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the existing problems and the causes of the problems,and proposes countermeasures.The research in this paper finds that the rural credit construction in Tibet has the problems of vague positioning of rural financial institutions,insufficient government support,weak rural economic management,poor rural credit environment and high risk of agricultural production itself.In view of the above problems,this paper believes that it can be improved from the aspects of building a foundation,updating the concept,exerting the joint action of the government and various functional agencies,creating a good credit management legal environment,and establishing and improving the rural credit rating system.The research in this paper will help improve the credit environment in rural areas of Tibet and help Tibet establish a relatively complete credit system.
