contributors to development,and their ability to improve themselves and their social situation should be integrated into all aspects of policy.Providing material,service and spiritual support for the elderly to protect the right to life and development of the elderly is a manifestation of the progress of human civilization,from formal to informal,from family care to government responsibility to social mutual assistance.The long historical stage.Since 2000,China has entered an aging society,and is rapidly moving towards a deep-aged society.Its population aging has characteristics different from those of developed countries,and the challenges are even more severe.The implementation of the public policy of family planning not only artificially interfered with the birth rate of newborns,but also affected the process of population aging to a certain extent.Although China's rapid economic growth since the reform and opening up has become a representative of the world's high-profile developing countries.However,per capita GDP is still relatively backward,so China's aging population has the characteristics of being old and not rich.At the same time,the family structure changes brought about by the implementation of the family planning policy have made the burden of support for the offspring more important,and the traditional family pension model has suffered.In this situation,the importance of social pension issues is even more highlighted.The key indicator of considering people's welfare is sense of well-being and fairness cognition,therefore,whether the social security system construction that deals with the risk of old-age can affect people's perception of happiness and perception of fairness to a certain extent becomes a valuable research issue.In order to cope with the severe aging of the population,China has established a basic endowment insurance for urban workers and a basic endowment insurance system for urban and rural residents,and has formed a wide-coverage pension insurance system.The function of social endowment insurance is not only to provide material security,but also to meet the spiritual needs of the people.Equity is the core concept and basic principle in the field of social security.Happiness is the orientation of responsible government,and the satisfaction of people's spiritual needs needs to be reflected in fairness.Two aspects of happiness.The implementation of social pension security will affect residents' fair perception and subjective well-being,and residents' perception of fairness may also affect their level of happiness.The study of happiness has always been a hot topic in the fields of ethics,economics sociology,and philosophy.With the rise of philosophy in the academic circles of developed countries such as Europe and the United States,research on happiness topics has begun to become a specialized cognitive science.In order to explore the relationship between social pension security,fair cognition and happiness,this paper uses the CSS 2015 big data sample to establish a research structure between social pension security,fair cognition and happiness.By establishing the mediation effect model,the Bootstrap method is used to test the fairness cognition.The role played by the intermediary variable.In general,this paper studies the impact of social endowment insurance on residents' subjective well-being and residents' fair perception from the two paths of participation and evaluation.The data results confirm the following conclusions.Based on the participation path,participation in social endowment insurance increased the subjective well-being and overall fairness of residents by 0.106 units and 0.045 units respectively.The overall fair cognition played a mediating role between social pension insurance participation and subjective well-being;Evaluation path,the resident's evaluation of social endowment security is increased by 14.7%for each unit,and the resident's evaluation of social endowment security is increased by one unit each time the overall fairness is divided into three dimensions.Opportunity fairness perception,distributional fairness cognition and rights fairness cognition increased by 10.5%,11.6%and 23.2%respectively.Opportunity fairness cognition and distribution fairness cognition played a mediating role in social pension security evaluation and subjective well-being.The mediating effect of the sense of fairness of rights is not significant.Based on the analysis,this paper believes that we should improve the social security system based on happiness.From the national level,organizational management should implement interactive fairness,system construction should reflect fairness of opportunity,and future direction should emphasize fair distribution;from the social level,the role of enterprises and social organizations in the social pension security system should be further exerted;from the citizen level,citizens themselves We should cultivate a scientific concept of fairness and happiness,and assume individual obligations and responsibilities.
