Research On Xi Jinping's Thoughts On Risk Prevention In The New Era

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has revealed various obvious and potential risks faced by our country in the process of modernization through a series of important speeches,and explored ways to prevent and defuse various major risks,gradually forming Xi Jinping’s new era risk prevention thought,which provides clear ideological guidance for the party and the country to scientifically understand various major risks and effectively prevent and resolve various major crises in the new era.This article is dedicated to clarifying the formation process,basic connotation and important significance of Xi Jinping’s risk prevention thought in the new era,with a view to preventing and resolving various significant risks at present.Xi Jinping’s new era risk prevention thought is the scientific achievement of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s understanding of China’s actual national conditions based on the thinking of danger in times of peace in traditional Chinese political culture,the party’s tradition of risk prevention,the new era,new situation and new contradictions,and making full use of strategic thinking,bottom-line thinking and systematic thinking.This idea took shape after three stages of refinement: initial proposal,comprehensive elaboration and gradual formation of the system.It originated at the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,expanded around the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the CPC,and formed and perfected in 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China of the Party up to now,fully embodies General Secretary Xi Jinping’s strong sense of hardship,advanced strategic thinking and pioneering and innovative spirit in the practice of governing the country.General secretary Xi Jinping’s many expositions show that the party and the country are facing certain risks in various fields,aspects and levels at present.it should be the basic quality requirement of the Chinese communists in the new era to "establish a sense of hardship and consciously guard against any slight tendency towards corruption."
