Xi Jinping's Theoretical Research On The Modernization Of National Governance

Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.New tasks,new tasks and new tasks urgently need innovative changes in the system and concept of state governance.The CPC Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core,actively explores new ideas and Strategies of state governance.In the Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Several Major Issues of Comprehensive Deepening Reform adopted at the Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,for the first time,"Perfecting and Developing the Socialist System with Chinese Characteristics,Promoting the Modernization of the State Governance System and Governance Ability",Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party on Several Major Issues of Comprehensive Deepening Reform.The proposal reflects the Party's in-depth understanding of the development of national and social modernization,and has great guiding significance and contemporary value for realizing the modernization of national governance.According to the thought of "analyzing the background environment,exploring the theoretical origin,explaining the ideological connotation and summing up the value implication",this paper summarizes and elaborates Xi Jinping's theory of modernization of state governance around his important exposition on modernization of state governance since the 18 th National Congress,including the following four parts:The first part outlines the background of the formation of Xi Jinping's theory of modernization of state governance.From the three aspects of the world situation,the national situation and the party situation,this paper analyses the practical activities and ideological needs of Xi Jinping's national governance in the new era.The second part explains the ideological origin of Xi Jinping's theory of modernization of state governance.By systematically combing the Marxist theory of state governance,the theory of the CPC's revolutionary construction reform,the Chinese traditional theory of state governance,and the experience and lessons of the Soviet Communist Party in governing the country,this paper clarifies the development thread of the theory of state governance.The third part elaborates the content system of Xi Jinping's theory of modernization of state governance.The essence and significance of Xi Jinping's governance theory in the new era are comprehensively and systematically expounded from two aspects of basic ideas and main contents.The basic concepts include: five development concepts,people-centered,adherence to the Party's leadership of all work and the concept of building a community of human destiny;the main contents include: the road,goal,layout,value and guarantee of modernization of state governance.The fourth part summarizes the value implication of Xi Jinping's theory of modernization of state governance.In theory,it enriches and develops the theoretical system of Marxist state theory,expands the new realm of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and perfects the contemporary theory of governing the country and governing the state.In practice,it has comprehensively improved the Party's governing ability,promoted the construction of a strong socialist modernization country in China,and contributed China's wisdom and China's plan to the development of the world.
