Research On The Protection Of Privacy In Public Space

The concept of privacy has been considered to be inseparable from private space since its inception.Public space has not been widely accepted for privacy.However,with the rapid development of the social economy,the continuous advancement of science and technology,the limit of the private space and the public space has been broken,and the rapid spread of smart phones and portable cameras,the increase of urban monitoring equipment,and the indispensability of Internet socialization,make people enjoy the peace of life,but the privacy of private information is greatly challenged,and whether privacy rights are enjoyed in public space.And how to protect people's freedom of self-esteem and peace of life in public space is a serious problem that everyone faces.This paper first introduces the basic connotation privacy of public space,and analyzes the privacy of public space,and then analyzes the protection of public space privacy infringement.Finally,it discusses how to protect people's public space privacy at the legislative level.
