Research On The Legal And Moral Regulation Of Library Document Dissemination

Based on the basic idea of library literature dissemination-knowledge freedom,this paper analyses its rationality and limitation,and then on the basis of knowledge freedom,it analyses the rationality and limitation of the legal and moral regulation of library literature dissemination.Law and morality are complementary and mutually perfect.Law is formulated on the premise of morality.Morality is the concrete embodiment of law and can supplement the law.This paper analyses the rationality and limitation of library literature dissemination from the perspective of combining legal and moral regulations.Through the analysis of the rationality and limitation of library document dissemination,we can find that there are still some shortcomings in the cause of library document dissemination in our country.On the rationality and limitation of library document dissemination law and moral regulation,the definition of rights is not clear,the demarcation of boundaries is confused,which results in the unreasonable use and abuse of rights.Elephants appear.Therefore,there is still a need for relevant legal provisions and moral measures to manage,in order to give full play to the maximum value of rights.
