Research On The Dilemma Of Community Correction Of Juvenile Offenders In Rural My Country

Minors are the hope of the country and the future of the nation.However,nowadays,the phenomenon of juvenile delinquency frequently occurs,and the problem of juvenile delinquency has become a worldwide social topic.Juvenile crime in our country has nine straight downward trend,created the miracle of minor crime prevention,is one of the lowest crime rates of minors in the world,but the rural juvenile criminal cases accounted for more than 80%,effectively reduce the rural juvenile crime in our country under the new era of social governance work must solve important issue.In order to implement the new strategy of comprehensively governing the country by law,to create a good environment for the healthy growth of minors,and to promote the construction of a harmonious society will become a hot social issue.China began to explore the implementation of community correction system in 2003.In the process of continuous exploration,comprehensive reform and active innovation,the system has been gradually developed and improved.However,due to the influence of geography,economy,culture and other factors,the implementation effect of community correction in various places varies greatly.China has not formed a set of mature community correction system for juvenile delinquents,let alone the community correction system for juvenile delinquents in rural areas with relatively poor economy.Therefore,it is of great significance to study how to improve the community correction system for juvenile delinquents in rural areas.Based on a full investigation of the current situation of community correction of rural juvenile delinquents in zhuanghe city,this paper mainly adopts case study method,supplemented by literature study method and network survey method.First,through literature study method,the research results of community correction of rural juvenile delinquents are collected and sorted out to understand the current research situation at home and abroad.Secondly,through the network survey method,select Shanghai and guangzhou city as the research object,analyze and summarize the characteristics of the advanced work methods of community correction in the two places.3 it is through the case study method in zhuanghe as the research object,analyzing the present situation of community correction of juvenile delinquents and in zhuanghe dilemma,combined with the current theoretical research results at home and abroad and in Shanghai,guangzhou advanced work practice,from the legislation of community correction,increase publicity of community correction,speed up new rural community construction,the establishment of a new management mode and attaches great importance to the social forces is put forward from the aspects such as perfecting zhuanghe rural community correction of juvenile delinquents some practical advice,the development of community correction system in rural areas of our country has positive role and far-reaching significance.
