Research On The Legal Issues Of Shared Bicycles

Shared economy is an important product of the modern information revolution,and also an important basis for the development of a new round of consumption pattern transformation.Shared economy mainly relies on big data technology,cloud computing technology,block chain technology and Internet of Things technology.It concentrates on reintegrating social idle resources limited by economic model and business operation technology into social and economic operation,thus creating new market value.In recent years,the shared economic platform based on the shared bicycle mode of OFO bicycles and Mobai bicycles has developed vigorously,which provides great convenience for urban traffic and public travel,and also provides a new innovation perspective for other fields.At the same time,with the rapid development of bicycle sharing,social and legal issues are also accompanied.Based on the current situation of the shared economy in China,this paper puts forward reasonable suggestions and explores new ideas for the development of shared bicycle in China,aiming at the typical problems of tort liability division,personal information protection,insurance,deposit and government supervision.
