Research On Cyber Terrorism Crime

At present,the specter of terrorism hangs over the globe.In recent years,terrorist activities in China's Xinjiang region have become increasingly frequent,and major violent terrorist attacks have taken place in cities such as Beijing,Kunming and Guangzhou.Especially in the Internet era,the traditional terrorism crime and in combination with the birth of the new Internet terrorism crime,Internet has become a new era of security problems,affects every country and region of the world profound political,military,diplomatic,economic,and other aspects,is the world each country facing new challenges and new issue.In this article,through analysis of "terrorism" and "terrorist crime" connotation and denotation,and thus on the definition of "cyber terrorism crime" clearly determined,that is: for the purposes of terrorism,using the computer,computer network and its related technology,for all kinds of crime,is a traditional terrorism crime and the combination of the Internet and development.At the same time,this paper further terrorism crime including the use of the Internet network support terrorist activities,using the Internet to spread violence fear of audio and video and terrorism ideas and using the Internet to organize,terrorist organization member recruitment,training,using the Internet to commit ACTS of terrorism contact,on the Internet to carry out terrorist attacks,such as the main form of expression;Furthermore,the main characteristics of network terrorism crime include complex crime subject,extensive crime object,low cost of crime and covert criminal organization.This paper studies the "criminal law amendment(9)the new preparation implementation of terrorism crimes,promote terrorism,extremism and inciting terrorism,illegal possession that terrorism and extremism items such as cyber terrorism crime related to accurately apply in judicial practice,and to respond to cyber terrorism crime in our country,put forward to further improve the network of punishing terrorism crime legislation,further promote the international conventions and international cooperation,and further to seek the balance between national security and human rights protection and so on three countermeasures and Suggestions.
