Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture’s Labor Export To South Korea

In 2017,Comrade Xi Jinping in the 19 th CPC National Congress report clearly pointed out the need to make full use of the new opportunities in international cooperation and competition,increase the openness,this paper studies the state of Yanbian is an important way to speed up the economic growth in Yanbian region of the Korean labor cooperation,but also in response to the country and make full use of international cooperation and competition,to speed up an important measure of opening up.But now,more and more Yanbian Korean people went to South Korea to work,while an effective solution to the problem of surplus labor force,but the rights and interests of migrant workers to Korea during the output is very difficult to obtain the guarantee,the government is deficient in operation mechanisms,the labor export to South Korea’s increasingly tortuous road.In order to political and economic development of China and South Korea friendly,foreign labor export market in an orderly manner,to make services their legitimate interests can be effectively protected from the government as the direction of the definition of related concepts,using the method of literature analysis of a large number of relevant documents;the status of labor export to South Korea’s questionnaire to survey of the Yanbian Prefecture Korean;interviews to understand the Yanbian Korean residents living conditions;to determine the influence of Yanbian Korean provides a hypothesis on the factors influence the Korean labor export the empirical research method,and verify.On the basis of the relevant public policy theory,the problems of Korean labor export in Yanbian are discussed and analyzed,and the pertinent suggestions are put forward.According to the analysis of relevant literature at home and abroad,we can draw a conclusion that the Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture has some theoretical basis for the export of labor services,but there are still some problems in the system mechanism of government operation,still need to be further improved and implemented.The conclusion of this paper can be concluded through the government to improve the law.Laws and regulations and the establishment of relevant institutional mechanisms to restrict the intermediary market of labor export,and train the export workers to make them strong awareness of rights and increase their professional skills through training to gain the competitive advantage of working in Korea.Ji Du has been developing rapidly,and has established exchanges and friendships between countries.
