Research On Xi Jinping's Thoughts On Deliberative Democracy

Xi Jinping’s idea of democratic consultation is an important part of Xi Jinping’s democratic thought.He inherited China’s outstanding traditional culture,summed up the united front and political consultation in the party’s history of struggle,and carried forward the socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics.In the report of the party’s 18 th National Congress,Comrade Xi Jinping first proposed that "socialist deliberative democracy is an important form of the people’s democracy in our country" and thus establishes the concept of a "socialist deliberative democracy".Xi Jinpings ideology of commercial democracy reinterprets the connotation of deliberative democracy with Chinese characteristics and points out the direction of the new institutional form of China’s deliberative democracy.After the 18 th National Congress,Xi Jinping further discussed the socialist deliberative democracy.At the 19 th National Party Congress,he also stressed that "there is good discussion and everything is discussed by the people.It is the true essence of the people’s democracy".Under the guidance of Xi Jinping,extensive social practices were conducted for deliberative democracy and a series of the results of deliberative democracy are extremely pertinent and instructive for realizing the people’s ownership and the political construction of socialist people’s democracy.He used the method of historical and logical comparison to study Xi Jinping’s thoughts on deliberative democracy,and analyzed Xi Jinping’s negotiated democratic thoughts in terms of the theoretical foundation,thought formation ideology,and value significance of deliberative democracy.The first chapter discusses the ideological and cultural basis of Xi Jinping’s deliberative democracy and its practical foundation.The second chapter explores the formation and development of Xi Jinping’s deliberative democratic thought.The third chapter discusses Xi Jinping’s system of deliberative democracy and summarizes the characteristics of socialist deliberative democracy.The fourth chapter tries to explain the value of Xi Jinping’s deliberative democracy through the analysis of Xi Jinping’s deliberative democracy.With the accelerating development of social democratization in today’s society and the diversification of interest needs,the realization of a pluralistic form of democracy is an inevitable process of future democracy,and it is also the consensus of today’s democratic development.China’s deliberative democracy has no other examples that we can learn from.We are also struggling to cross the river.General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward a system of deliberative democratic thinking based on the inheritance of cultural traditions and historical experience.Xi Jinping’s thought on deliberative democracy points out the future development direction of socialist people’s democracy and will guide us in continuing to develop a socialist deliberative democracy.It has important guiding significance and valuable practical value for the construction of politicalcivilization in our country.
