The nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China was held in Beijing in October 18,2017,Xi Jinping in the nineteen report clearly pointed out: "don't forget the heart,remember our mission," and the "all the comrades in the party must always with people with a common fate,heart to heart,always put the people's yearning for a better life as the goal,to never slack spirit and indomitable struggle attitude,continue to move to the grand goal of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation." "Don't forget your mind and remember your mission" is highly demonstrated and embodied in Xi Jinping's new socialist concept and mass outlook of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Its core requirement is that all works of the party must be the highest standard of the interests of the overwhelming majority of the people.Concretely speaking,in practice,we should regard people's trivial matters as our major events,be practical and realistic,do what people care about and satisfy the masses,and then lead the people to create a better and happier life.Study Xi Jinping's concept of the masses,grasp the basic ideas and thought characteristic of it,is learning to implement the spirit of the nineteen important link,is also an important embodiment to promote a new era of the party's mass line,but also to promote the new era of Marx's theory of Chinese needs.This article reviews the development history of the Communist Party of China Marx's concept of the masses of the important articles and speeches of Xi Jinping since eighteen published studies,further systematic summary and combing the basic ideas of Xi Jinping's concept of the masses,from the perspective of the overall grasp of the basic characteristic of Xi Jinping's concept of the masses thought,to explore the theory the value of Xi Jinping's mass viewpoint and practical significance.
