Paying attention to and stressing that learning is the fine style of the party.In leading the people of the country to carry out the process of modernization,the party must be both politically sound and capable.To truly achieve political integrity and high strength,we must put learning in a crucial position.Since the Communist Party of China,in the face of the complicated international environment and the arduous and arduous task of reform,development and stability,Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed the need to continuously strengthen study.The19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has proposed to "enhance the learning skills and build the whole party." A strong atmosphere of learning and brave practice,building a Marxist learning party and promoting the construction of a major country.Therefore,this paper aims to study the theoretical source and practical basis,main content,basic characteristics,theoretical value and practical significance of Xi Jinping’s concept of learning.First of all,the thesis expounds the theoretical source and practical basis of the formation of Xi Jinping’s concept of learning.The classical writers of Marxism and the leaders of the Communist Party of China have expounded a series of ideas about learning in their continuous practice and exploration,which promoted the formation and development of Xi Jinping’s concept of learning to a certain extent.In addition,the discussion about learning in China’s excellent traditional culture has laid a certain theoretical foundation for the formation of Xi Jinping’s concept of learning.Together they have become an important theoretical source of Xi Jinping’s concept of learning.Of course,the formation of a theory is inseparable from the guidance of practice.The realistic needs of the world,the national conditions,the profound changes of the party’s sentiment and the profound understanding of Xi Jinping’s own practical experience are the practical basis for the formation of Xi Jinping’s view of learning.Secondly,the thesis is more detailed and in-depth from the subject of “who is going to learn”,the value judgment of “why to learn”,the content planning of“what to learn”,the practical path of “how to learn” and the mechanism of “how to learn”.The main content of Xi Jinping’s view of learning is discussed.Thirdly,the thesis systematically discusses the basic characteristics of XiJinping’s concept of learning.From focusing on establish overall consciousness,highlighting the problem orientation;strengthening the people’s position,grasping the practice direction;based on the needs of the times,highlighting the three major aspects of innovative thinking to discuss its basic characteristics.Finally,the paper discusses the theoretical and practical significance of Xi Jinping’s view of learning.Its theoretical value is mainly the first is to enrich and develop the Marxist learning theory;the second is to enrich and develop the Chinese Communist Party’s learning theory.The practical significance is mainly as follows: one is to provide scientific guidance for enhancing individual learning and growth;the other is to provide theoretical support for building a learning party and learning a big country;the third providing ideological weapons for the realization of the "Chinese Dream" in promoting the practice of ruling the country;the fourth is to promote the exchange of international civilization.Provide a guide to action.
