Research On Government Trust In The Construction Of Concentrated Rural-to-residential Communities

With the continuous deepening of the development of towns in China,and a number of farmers in the community appeared in people's field of vision,it not only brings people's life quality,but also brought many social problems,such as frequent conflicts between residents,residents in the management of difficult problems.Especially the relocation process of interest problem in the transition phase is most prominent,because the farmers in the process of community construction involves the demolition issue,involving economic interests,the trust relationship between the people and the government of the rift,also is the emergence of the problem of the loss of trust in government.In view of the government trust of the rural community in China,there is a large gap in the research at home and abroad,and the research results are mostly distributed in the trust area of the government.Based on the analysis of the domestic and foreign academic literature,selected more representative of the community transformation as a case analysis,mainly the transformation of the child is father of the man,the community residents' trust in government for the loss of leapfrog petition mainstreaming,grassroots government trust is obviously low,indifference of political participation.Through the analysis of questionnaire data and interview information processing on behalf of the residents,residents,respectively from the transformation in the transformation of the village committee,the grass-roots government three main dimensions: analyzing the reasons of the government behavior are the main reasons of the dimension of the grassroots government performance evaluation of defects,demolition "dimensional stability" principle and disadvantages of Government Behavior Anomie;reason the main dimensions of village committee Village Cadres Behavior Anomie and village communication play the role of subject;the main reason dimension transformation of residents' understanding and compensation policy does not match,the psychological characteristics of the interests of the demolition.Through the analysis of the reasons,from the three main dimensions,we put forward the targeted solutions.The government behavior dimensions,one is to change the current performance appraisal system,two is the transformation of "dimensional stability" thinking,the three is to improve the power restriction mechanism;dimensions of villagers committee,one is to improve the power and the mechanism of demolition list formulation,two is to play the role of supervision;transformation of residents' dimensions,one is to strengthen the communication between the government and residents,is two to strengthen the integrity of education,rebuild residents trust.Only the government and villagers' committees and residents work together,in order to properly improve the current status of farmers in the community government trust declines,build high reliability government,also can better promote the development of higher quality of the current China's urbanization,lay a good foundation for our country's social stability and harmony.
