Research On The Ideological And Political Education Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers

With the rapid development of China’s economy and with the rapid process of urbanization,migrant workers working in cities which withdrew from the historical arena.The new generation of migrant workers began to become an important force for social development and urban construction.However,due to a long-running of the dual urban and rural household registry system in China,and the level of grasping culture and morality are in low,they bear a great mental and psychological pressure,so it is very difficult to integrate into city.Strenthening the new generation of migrant workers ideological and political education is the inevitable requirement of harmonious society.First,this article defines the relevant concepts of the ideological and political education of the new generation of migrant workers,and states the relevant theoretical basis;Second,the artical from the perspective of society,urban and rural development and new generation of migrant workers to explore the significance of strengthening their ideological and political education;Again,through the collection of relevant theoretical materials,the artical summarizes and analyzes the problems wich existing in the ideological and political education of the new generation of migrant workers,and the artical from the perspective of the household registration system,social related institutions,social environment,family factors and the limitations of themselves to explore the reasons for the existing problems;Finally,in terms of above issues and reasons,taking some countermeasures to strengthen the ideological and political education of the new generation of migrant workers,play the multiple main roles of the ideological and political education,optimizes the environment of the ideological and political education,and enriches the content pf ideological and political education content and innovation the methods of the ideological and political education,and achieve the final purpose of the ideological and political education.
