Research On The Ideological And Political Education Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers

The CPC central committee and government organizations at all levels atta ch great importance to the migrant workers of the new generation which is on e of the hot issues in today’s society. The document which was issued by the s tate council in2010, put forward the special term which is migrant workers of the new generation. Since then the development of the migrant workers of ne w generation has become the focus of attention of the society and academia. Firstly, this paper compares many theoretical articles of scholars,on the basis of the literature review, and try to interpreter the four concepts about migrant workers of the generation which was related to the involved in the ideological and political education as the theoretical basis of the text. Then, this article ci tes the common problems in the migrant workers of new generation from the angle of the living conditions, ideological position and the reality of the ideol ogical and political education. Then we start to list the common problems. Th e migrant workers of new generation go out to work more actively than retur n home farming. They enhance their overall quality and have a strong desire f or knowledge. They pay more attention to their rights, and they changes the c onsumer attitudes. They improve their career expectations, at the meanwhile, practicing skills lows. In the state of mind there is a weak awareness of politi cal participation; a strong expect to integrate into the city; the social behavior attach to success; spiritual life as the poor vulgar. From the angle of the ideol ogical and political education, migrant workers of new generation the balanci ng capabilities are inadequate, with rich educational resources which use inef ficiency.The scope of education enlarge while the ability is not strong. Altho ugh the thinking of audience are active, while the means of education are sin gle. After the analysis of the status and causes of the ideological and political of the migrant workers of new generation, this paper put forward the perfect way to improve ideological and political education of the migrant workers of new generation from the angle of the management system, the quality of the new generation of migrant workers and the education system. In order to find a conducive way that migrant workers of the new generation could adapt to t he social development roads. Meanwhile they can play an important role in the social development process of our country.
