Research On Ma Wan's "Chunshuilou Ship Picture"

This article starts with the works of Ma Wan,a scholar painter at the end of Yuan Dynasty and the beginning of Ming Dynasty,and through the analysis of the literature,the author comes to the conclusion that Ma Wan came from Fufeng County,Shaanxi Province,and he was friendly with Yang Weizhen and Bei Qiong,and he was an official in Fuzhou,Jiangxi in the early Ming Dynasty.From the study of the painting information,this paper discusses the influence of the artistic styles of Dong Yuan,Ju Ran,Wu Zhen and Huang Gongwang,the calligraphy characteristics of Ma Wan,and his influence on the Songjiang School of painting,hoping to make some rational exploration in the field of living conditions and contradictory mentality of literati painters in the yuan and Ming Dynasties.
