Research On Shen Zongqian's "Must Boat Learning Painting Compilation"

This article use the book Jie Zhou Xue Hua Bian,which was written by Shen Zongqian who was a scholar of Qianjia period as the research object.Expecting to review Shen Zongqian's life and paingtings?his writing intention of his book,and the book's content and impact.In this way,we can present the book's theoretical value and its ideological background.The article's research with the content of Jie Zhou Xue Hua Bian is based on the basic knowledge and theory of the Academic of Chinese painting.The study of the birth of the book is based on the reduction of Chinese painting history and the basic historical facts and logic of its evolution.In addition,the research to this book is based on the Academic history of the Chinese painting.The main content of this article can be divided into three chapters.The first chapter does detailed textual research to Shen Zongqian's life and his friends.The research finds that Shen was born in a family which has the background of official.We can also find that the people Shen Zongqian communicated with were always some scholars who had profound knowledge.In this way,we can find that there is a deep relation between the claim of regeneration of Orthodox Literati Paintings and Shen Zongqian's family's study origin and the social background he experienced.After that,the article does a concrete analysis on Shen Zongqian's painting style by comparing his paintings with other works of other Orthodox Literati Chinese Painters,and finally summarize the elements of Orthodox Literati Chinese Paintings,which provide evidence of the specific theorical view of Jie Zhou Xue Hua Bian analyzed in the following passages.The artical also research and summarize the writing process of Jie Zhou Xue Hua Bian and the problem of its version.The second chapter of the artical use Shen Zongqian's Jie Zhou Xue Hua Bian as the main research object and compares the painting theory of Jie Zhou Xue Hua Bian with other painting theory in other books written by the authors in other period of Chinese art history.It expounds the writing style?the body of the painting?the reason of the painting and the methods of painting written in Jie Zhou Xue Hua Bian in detail.On the aspect of figure painting,the artical analyzes the important point of view of the figure painting of Bo Chen School described in Jie Zhou Xue Hua Bian,on the other side,the artical also analyzes and summarizes the principle and the methods of the figure painting which is accompanied with scenery.The third chapter explains the background of painting in Qianjia period in combination with the development of theacademic of painting and the academic atmosphere in the qing dynasty.It summarize the background of the creation of Jie Zhou Xue Hua Bian,and in addition,it concludes summative meaning of the Orthodox Literati Paintings expounded in Jie Zhou Xue Hua Bian and the influence of this book to the academic of painting and the painting atmosphere on the later generations.
