The Predicament And Reconstruction Of The Wilderness View Of Nature

“Wilderness” is an important member of the non-anthropocentrism camp.Different from the traditional view of nature,which regards "human" as the starting point and subject of understanding all things,the wilderness view of nature advocates that the understanding of nature should be changed from "human" as the starting point to "nature".Relations with nature,building a natural community.Put forward "natural value theory",affirm the independence and objectivity of the value of nature.Therefore,in terms of ethics and morality,it advocates that all things in nature have equal morality and rights,and enjoy the same moral care as human beings.The concept of wilderness nature is of great value for human beings to understand nature and reflect on themselves.However,when responding to problems raised in practice,the concept of wilderness nature's understanding of all aspects of nature,human beings,the relationship between man and nature,values,morality,ethics,etc.have emerged.There is a certain tendency of idealization and onesidedness,especially the neglect of the complexity of environmental problems caused by the lack of human subjectivity in terms of value recognition,moral judgment,and practice.How to make up for the theoretical dilemma of wilderness view of nature,and how to give full play to the important value of environment problems in practice is the purpose of this article.Therefore,in this article,while affirming the value of the wilderness nature view,given the shortcomings of the wilderness nature view,it is argued that the understanding of nature should be changed from the "natural" starting point to a comprehensive understanding of the two-way subject of "human" and "nature".On this basis,a nature view of "Obeying Nature and Caring for Man" and an ethical and moral view of " Consummating the Nature in the Process of Consummating Oneself' s Virtue " are formed,which combine "following the laws of nature" and "human development needs".At the same time,integrate and transcend the unique advantages of human beings in understanding the world,and realize the complexity of ecological problems and the important role of human beings in the understanding and improvement of ecological problems with a broader and rational vision.
