The world today is in a period of great development and transformation.The in-depth development of globalization has made countries more and more connected.The world 's multiculturalism is in a state of communication and convergence.The role of culture in international competition has become increasingly prominent,expanding foreign cultural exchanges and improving China.The influence of culture is particularly urgent.In this context,the strategy of Chinese culture going global has become one of China's important foreign strategies.The strategy of Chinese culture going out is in line with the trend and characteristics of the era of economic globalization and cultural diversification,and is in the fundamental interests of our country.It has important practical significance for maintaining the cultural security of our country and improving the image of the country.The implementation of the strategy of Chinese culture going out will not only deepen China's cooperation and exchanges with other countries in the world,further expand the ability of Chinese culture to open to the outside world,but also promote Chinese culture and promote the construction of a socialist cultural power.Since the implementation of the strategy of Chinese culture going global,the basic path of cultural going global has been formed in the fields of education,academics,culture and arts,and cultural trade,that is,the official cultural going global path,the semi-government and civil-minded cultural going global path,and the pure Folk culture goes out of the way.By sorting out the existing basic paths of Chinese culture going global,it is found that there are some problems in the implementation of China's cultural going global strategy,which are mainly reflected in the construction of the operating system of Chinese cultural going global,audience analysis,and social situation awareness.Specifically,the problems in the construction of the Chinese cultural globalization operation system are mainly: the lack of integration and in-depth digging of the content of globalization,the lack of innovation in the channels of cultural globalization,and the lack of a series of guarantee mechanisms for the talents of cultural globalization;The problems in audience analysis mainly include:the lack of differentiated layering of cultural audiences and the inadequate attention to the cultural needs and feedback information of the audiences;the problems in the understanding of social contexts mainly lie in the political,economic and human environment of different countries Not fully considered.In the face of these problems,this article follows the principle of mutuality ofcommunication and explores new ways for our culture to go global in the new situation.Specifically,it includes the following aspects: through the integration and innovation of Chinese cultural resources,broadening the channels for cultural going global,and improving the talent guarantee mechanism for cultural going global,etc.,improving the cultural going global operating system;Stratification,proactive understanding of the audience 's cultural needs,and the enhancement of cultural exchanges and interactions around the audience 's feedback to achieve the targeted dissemination of Chinese culture;fully consider the reality of cultural going global,and clarify the direction of cultural going global based on external political circumstances Based on the external economic environment,give full play to the advantages of the cultural industry,and enhance cultural exchanges and mutual learning based on the external human environment.
