| Sports dance belongs to the skill-dominated athletic sport that combines competition and artistics,which not only has high competitive appreciation,but also has high fitness value.The sports dance has been a major course for many students majoring in physical education and sports training,but there was no the complete and unified comprehensive quality cultivation content system for them.Based on the competitive characteristics of sports dance,this paper attempted to explore the comprehensive quality cultivation content system for undergraduates specializing in sports dance in sports colleges and universities in order to provide the theoretical basis and guidance for the development of sports dance professionals.The purposes of this article were the various elements of and the roles of the comprehensive quality cultivation content system for undergraduates specializing in sports dance in sports colleges and universities,and the survey subjects were composed of twenty-two university physical education teachers who have long been engaged in sports dance teaching and 169 undergraduates specializing in sports dance in sports colleges and universities.The literature data method,expert consultation method,Delphi method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method were used to build a comprehensive quality cultivation content system for undergraduates specializing in sports dance in sports colleges and universities.Research results: The comprehensive quality cultivation content system for undergraduates specializing in sports dance in sports colleges and universities included five first-level indicators,24 second-level indicators,30 third-level indicators,21 fourth-level indicators and 9 fifth-level indicators.Expert survey results shown that the highest score in the first-level indicator was the professional quality indicator with 3.73 points,and the highest score in the second-level indicator of the ideological and moral quality,professional quality,physical fitness,psychological quality and aesthetic qualities were view of life with 4.0 points,sports technique with3.91 points,athletic quality with 3.73 points,self-control and self-confidence with3.73 points,and the aesthetic form with 3.45 points,respectively.The survey results from undergraduates specializing in sports dance in sports colleges and universities shown that the highest score in the first index was the professional quality with 3.70 points,and the highest score in the second-level indicator of ideological and moralquality,professional quality,physical fitness and psychological quality and aesthetic qualities were the moral outlook with 3.48 points,sports technique with 3.61 points,athletic quality with 3.59 points,self-confidence with 3.65 points and the aesthetic form with 3.53 points,respectively.According to expert survey results,among the comprehensive quality cultivation content system indicators for undergraduates specializing in sports dance in sports colleges and universities,the score of professional quality index was highest with 3.58 points,followed by physical quality with 3.52 points,the aesthetic qualities with 3.48 points,psychological quality with3.41 points and the ideological and moral qualities with 3.39 points.According to the survey results of sports dance students,among the comprehensive quality cultivation content system indicators for undergraduates specializing in sports dance in sports colleges and universities,the score of the professional quality was highest with 3.55 points,followed by the physical fitness with 3.54 pints,aesthetic quality with 3.53 points,psychological quality with 3.44 points and the ideological and moral qualities with 3.40 points.The comprehensive quality cultivation content system for undergraduates specializing in sports dance in sports colleges and universities consisted of five firstlevel indicators,including the ideological and moral qualities,professional qualities,physical fitness qualities,psychological qualities and aesthetic qualities.Combined the results of experts and undergraduates specializing in sports dance in sports colleges and universities,it was shown that the professional quality indicator was the most important among the five first-level indicators.In terms of the ideological and moral qualities,professional fitness qualities,physical qualities,psychological qualities and aesthetic qualities,the outlook on life and morals,sports technique,athletic quality,self-control and self-confidence,and aesthetic form indicator were the more important than other indicators.It was suggested that the scientific,systematic,developmental,and adaptive principles should be followed when constructing comprehensive quality cultivation content system for undergraduates specializing in sports dance in sports colleges and universities.It was necessary to fully and comprehensively consider the special characteristics of sports dance and the competition scoring standards,and to follow closely society’s requirements for highlevel professional talents in sports dance.The comprehensive quality cultivation content system for undergraduates specializing in sports dance in sports colleges and universities should consider fully the ideological and moral qualities,professionalqualities,physical fitness qualities,psychological qualities and aesthetic qualities,but their roles were different.Although the importance of the cultivation content of professional quality was higher than other indicators,it should not ignore the cultivation of other qualities such as physical fitness quality,aesthetic quality,moral quality and psychological quality in order to provide a solid basis for developing the comprehensive,multi-talented and multi-functional sports dance talents. |
