| Ouyang Yucheng,a native of the Three Gorges,has totally devoted himself to the literary creation of the Xiajiang and published many excellent novels.The geographical and cultural environment in Xiajiang not only provides a broad background for his novel creation,but also the source of regional and cultural connotation and artistic style in his novels.Ouyang Yucheng’s novel is a colorful world with rich connotations,which includes all the natural scenery,human customs and people in Xiajiang.Noteworthily,there is no lack of the writer’s own unique experience and thought.This paper takes OuYang YuCheng’s novels as the research object.From the perspective of Xiajiang narration,the author explores the influence of Xiajiang regional factors on his novel creation and text presentation,focuses on the analysis of Xiajiang narration,and tries to explore the artistic style and creation concept of his novels.Firstly,OuYang YuCheng’s novels take the natural and human geography of Xiajiang as the creation background,and investigate the relationship between the natural and human geography of Xiajiang and the narrative of the novel through the description of the novel environment.Secondly,OuYang YuCheng’s novels are good at grasping the characteristics of the group images of the characters in Xiajiang,setting the tone for the fate of the romantic and tragic children in Xiajiang with the profound immigrant culture,and shaping a large number of tragic female images and tragic male images in Xiajiang.Thirdly,the dimension of history,the awkward situation of shipping and the direction of people’s hearts determine the realistic theme of OuYang YuCheng’s novels.Finally,with the help of the geographical image of Xiajiang and the legend of ghosts and gods,OuYang YuCheng created a narrative technique with the characteristics of Xiajiang,formed a unique spatial narrative with the description of the geographical environment of Xiajiang,and depicted a "xia" cultural world full of the atmosphere of rivers and lakes and the customs of chivalrous people.The regional culture of Xiajiang has a deep-rooted influence on OuYang YuCheng’s novels.To explore the relationship between his novels and the geography of Xiajiang will not only increase the localization of literary geography,but also enrich the research on the culture and literature of the Three Gorges region. |
