Charles Valentin Alkan(1813-1888),French pianist and composer in the romantic period in the 19 th century.As the most outstanding pianist at that time,his playing technique can be compared with Liszt’s,and his creative talent is also called "Berlioz of piano music" by Schumann.But because of his own character and environment,the composer’s works are not as well known as Chopin’s and Liszt’s.Alcan created a large number of piano works with rich content.Op.35,the 12 major etudes to be studied in this paper,is his representative work.Through the creation of this set of works,music image and performance technology,combined with their own performance and learning experience.Explore the rich artistic characteristics of this repertoire and explore the performance and teaching value of this repertoire.
