As a kind of official,judges are widely distributed.Considering the closeness with poetry creation,the scope of judges discussed in this article is limited to the Phan Zhen Shogunate.In the Phan Zhen Shogunate,although the judge was a middle-ranking civilian official in the upper office,he was not an formal official in the court.Judges need to rely on the court and constitutional titles of the presiding officer as evidence of the transfer.Therefore,scholars do not regard judges as the ultimate pursuit of their careers.Judges who enter the shogunate with complex motives also have this complex mentality Reflected in their poetry creation.This article selects five well-known poets to write poems during his tenure as a judge,and collects a total of 176 poems.These poems involve many types,such as giving gifts,expressing their ambitions,expressing the situation,live entertainment,chanting things,nostalgia,etc.,and show us the complex and hidden spiritual world of judge poets.At the same time,in the appointment of the judges,these poets have experienced the unique customs and natural features of their places of employment;and during the period of service and envoys abroad,they can truly appreciate the living conditions of ordinary people.The poets rely on their sensitive hearts,Li Qiqi's vision,the scholar's sense of responsibility,recordingwhat he sees and hears into poetry,provides us with a fresh source of material for understanding the historical reality of a certain area.These judges' poetry is rich in content and has many aspects of value.First of all,these poems not only achieved superb artistic achievements,but also expanded the connotation of the original poetic theme.Cen Shen and Wang Wei created frontier poems that represent personal style characteristics because of the judge's experience.Some of these poems,such as Cen Shen's White Snow Song Sends Martial Judges to Beijing,and Wang Wei's Bringing to the Top are artistic values and ideological states At the same time,their identity as frontiers makes their frontier poems more real and concrete than those of ordinary frontier poems that have never been to the frontier,thus updating the connotation of frontier poems.Secondly,the cultural research value of historical research and folklore research with the content of poetry presented objectively.These judge poets lived on the scene of history,and their poetic creations left conscious or unconscious social realities at that time.These records became a living source of information about the current social situation at the time.Some of the most rare are The events recorded in the poems are invisible to history books,so these poems have the function of supplementing the inadequate history books.In this sense,these poems have the meaning of "poetic history".In addition,the poetry also recorded the folk customs of the time,showing the folk culture of thetime.
