Ye Mengde was a well-known writer in the Song Dynasty,especially famous for his ci.The achievements of his notes cannot be ignored.Ye Mengde wrote more than ten types of notes throughout his life,but most of them have been lost,and only four types of notes remain,namely Bi Shu Lu Hua,Shi Lin Yan Yu,Yan Xia Fang Yan and Yu Jian Za Shu.Historically,the study of his notes by the academic circles mainly focused on the version and value,and his literary research was still weak.This article takes Ye Mengde's four kinds of notes as research objects,focusing on its content classification,artistic characteristics,cultural implication and literary value,and looks forward to a comprehensive and systematic review of the literary value of Ye Mengde's notes.The introduction mainly clarifies the research object and significance of this article.The research status of notes,Song notes and Ye Mendes notes was combed from face to point.At the same time,the development of the style of notes and Ye Mengde's notes are briefly summarized.The first chapter mainly summarizes the content classification of Ye Mengde's notes.Affected by its stylistic features,notes have a complex content,as do Ye Mengde's notes.Therefore,this article takes Ye Mengde's notes as a whole,and according to various views and the uniqueness of Ye Mengde's notes,divides them into three types: historical notes,academic textual research notes,and miscellaneous notes.The second chapter mainly discusses the artistic characteristics of Ye Mengde's notes.In the compilation style,Ye Mengde adopted a structure arrangement that records historical events separately.Some take the event as the theme chronicle,some people take the subject as the chronicle,and some use the character and the event to link the chronicle.Thus forming the characteristics of shape dispersing but spirit concentrating.In character descriptions,Ye Mengde adopted flexible and diverse character description methods,such as the method of mutual seeing,contrast,and straight fair writing.The use of these techniques makes the characters in Ye Mengde's notes fuller and more vivid.In terms of language,Ye Mengde will choose the appropriate language according to the different content characteristics of the note.For example,the articles on political system is concise and simple,the argumentative is vivid,and the miscellaneous essay is naturally diverse.It has the characteristics of timely change.The use of the above artistic features highlights Ye Mengde's superb artistic skills.The third chapter mainly discusses the social and cultural implications of Ye Mengde's notes.Ye Mengde went through the five dynasties of Shenzong,Zhezong,Huizong,Qinzong,and Gaozong in his life.He knew much about the major historical events in the Song Dynasty,and was more obviously influenced by the diverse literary atmosphere in the Song Dynasty.So,Ye Mengde's notes show the varied political style of the Song Dynasty,the rising trend of academic thought,and the diversified mentality of literati.Therefore,this chapter strives to start from the content of Ye Mengde and explore its deep social and cultural implications.The fourth chapter mainly explores the literary value of Ye Mengde's notes.The literary value of Ye Mengde's notes,besides his literary historical value,linguistic research and aesthetic value of notes,also showed his literary outlook.Ye Mengde uses his notes as a tool to express hisliterary ideas,and there are a lot of expositions on his literary ideas in his notes.At the same time,Ye Mengde paid great attention to the manifestation of subjective consciousness in his notes.He not only records his leisure life in the notes,expresses his life insights,and even starts from his own experience when evaluating characters and poetry.The objects in his notes are always inextricably linked to him.In addition,the influence of Ye Mengde's notes on the writing of later generations cannot be ignored.
