Research On The Construction And Application Of Urban Cultural Squares

Cultural squares carry different social functions in different environments.In recent years,many iconic cultural squares have been constructed or rebuilt in many places in Inner Mongolia in response to policies such as the construction of "cultural wide areas" and "cultural strong areas." The cultural square has become a "window" of local culture,not only a space of local cultural landscape but also a space where the government and the public are integrated and present at the same time.However,due to the unclear understanding of the local culture and the inaccurate positioning,there are generally problems such as the lack of outstanding characteristics of the cultural square and the low application efficiency.Under such circumstances,research on the construction and application of cultural squares has become an urgent need.The thesis takes the cultural square of Chabuga Town,Arukorqin Banner,Inner Mongolia as the research point,and takes the "space" theory as the foundation to study the construction and utilization of cultural square and the social benefits of cultural square.The thesis consists of five parts: introduction,text,conclusion,reference materials,and attachments.The introductory part elaborates the reasons and significance of the selected topic,previous research,research methods,innovations and concept explanations.The first chapter first discusses the construction process of Chabuga Town and the overview of the local social and cultural environment,and secondly analyzes how the above content affects the purpose,process and structural layout of the local cultural square.In the second chapter,the author conducts a detailed investigation and analysis of the current status of the use of the cultural square in Chabuga Town from three aspects: the basic utilization of the cultural square,the utilization of the people and the utilization of the government.The shared space,in the cultural square,the state-owned and grassroots individual economies coexist and develop together.The third chapter mainly analyzes the social benefits of the cultural square since the construction of the cultural square from the aspects of the influence of the cultural square on people's leisure time and cultural development.The conclusion part summarizes the political performance and local cultural performance in the construction and utilization of the square,and puts forward its own opinions on the problems existing in the local culture displayed in the cultural square.In the appendix,the pictures of Chabuga Town Cultural Square are appended.
