Research On The Narrative Strategy Of Character Documentary In The Context Of Mass Communication

Documentary,as a form of media communication art,has been affected by many aspects in the current mass communication context.Characteristic documentaries are a major category in documentaries,with storytellers as the core.How to reasonably apply narrative strategies to empower The higher aesthetic value and social significance of the work has become a question worth exploring in the creation of character documentary.This topic adopts a research method combining literature research method and case analysis method.Under the guidance of communication theory and narrative theory,this article analyzes and explores the application of narrative strategies in the context of mass communication in Chinese character documentaries.At this stage,the research on the narrative strategy of Chinese character documentaries and the creative development of character documentaries have important contribution value and reference significance.This topic research is divided into theoretical research and practical creation.The first chapter sorts out the general situation of the character documentary from three aspects:concept definition,development history and performance characteristics.The second chapter describes the development status,humanistic care and current problems of character documentaries in the context of mass communication,and provides an important basis for the analysis of the narrative strategies of character documentaries in the context of mass communication.The third chapter discusses the narrative strategy of the character documentary in detail from three aspects: narrative perspective,narrative structure and audiovisual language.The last chapter explains the creation of graduation light "Light of Dust" under many previous discussions and analyses,puts theory into practice,and tests theoretical research in practice.
