Study On Narrative Strategy Of Character Documentary

The documentary combines aesthetic and sociological characteristics,and uses audio-visual language to reproduce the real personnel,which reflects the value of two aspects of social reality and ideological education,and is the link between the audience and the narrator.While economic development drives cultural development,the audience group of documentary film is changed from elite group to general public,and the choice of subject matter is closer to real life.But as far as the current documentary form is concerned,some documentaries have the problem of disconnection between theory and practice,which hinders the further development of documentaries.Taking Engraving Flowers as an example,this paper is based on rich theoretical foundation analysis of creative practice to provide reference for the further development of character documentaries..
