The Dimension Of Life

It is inevitable for the sculpture creation to be influenced by the era,and when the artists are creating,they also show their consideration on social problem.There are different art forms in different times.In this thesis,I have investigation on the domestic and foreign materials from different aspects,try to make clearance on the creation of the sculptor,Ivan Mestrovic,analyze the influence of his living condition to his sculpture,and besides,in this thesis,with the combination of the learning experience on sculpture,it takes a new perspective to find his understanding on the tragedy on work during the creation course,reviews the aesthetic value of the sculpture creation with tragedy,and also explores how to integrate tragic consciousness into modeling language,how to find it in traditional culture and recreate it,so that it can reflect the pulsation of the times he lived in.With the change of time,the modeling language is also changing consistently,and at different times,there are different understanding on tragedy and different presentations.By means of the research on tragedy,it can deepen the my consideration on social problems,meanwhile,it can arouse my interest on the tragic modeling language,so that it can further promote me to complete my personal sculpture creation.
