Creativity is the inexhaustible driving force for the development of a country and a nation.Therefore,it is very important to study the factors and mechanisms that affect the creativity development of high school students.Research has found that creativity is closely related to personality.On the other hand,the process of creativity is accompanied by the participation of emotions and emotions(including happiness or flow).Without a good emotional and emotional guarantee,creativity is difficult to maintain(Csikszentmihalyi,2014).Flow as an important concept in the theory of positive psychology,emphasis on research from the perspective of a positive and constructive mental phenomena and behavior,this study will introduce the concept of flow,to explore the role of personality and flow in the high school students creativity development,and focus on gender differences,and actively promote the individual under the background of a wider range of creative problem solving.In this study,401 high school students were tested by the Williams creativity tendency scale,the big five personality scale and the adolescent learning activity intoxication scale.SPSS20.0,Mplus7.0 and other statistical software were used for data statistics and analysis,to investigate the characteristics of high school students' personality traits,flow and creativity,and to analyze the relationship between them and the mechanism of action,as well as the moderating effect of gender.The main conclusions are as follows:1.In terms of high school students' creativity,high school students have good creativity potential on the whole.The creativity difference between boys and girls is not significant,and the only child is more creative than the non-only child.In the aspect of personality traits,the overall openness of male students is higher than that of female students,and they have higher sense of responsibility.Girls are generally more outgoing,but also more sensitive,showing a variety of emotions.In terms of responsibility and openness,only children have better performance on the whole;Non-only children,on the other hand,showed higher agreeable characteristics.In terms of flow,boys have higher flow level than girls,and only children are more likely to get flow.2.Neuroticism,conscientiousness,openness and extroversion are associated with flow and creativity.Accountability,openness and extroversion significantly positively predicted high school students' creativity.Neuroticism significantly negatively predicted high school students' creativity;Agreeableness did not significantly predict the creativity of high school students;Flow is a significant positive predictor of creativity3.Among the relationships among high school students' personality traits,flow and creativity,flow has a significant mediating effect between neuroticism and creativity,openness and creativity,responsibility and creativity,and extroversion and creativity.flow is conducive to the development of individual creativity.4.Gender has a significant moderating effect between neuroticism and flow,between openness and flow,between extroversion and flow,and between neuroticism and creativity.
