Ballet is a delicate performance,exquisite skills,the charm of the arts,it has been born more than 500 years of history.In the process of continuous development of ballet,through the unremitting efforts of countless dancers,ballet has gradually formed a set of scientific,systematic and normative training system.Its science embodies in action training,with dancers muscles,open,body flexibility and strength of all joints for effective training,from the perspective of human movement physiology the basic form of correct understanding of the human body,the maximum to the body’s own liberation,the ballet’s emphasis on "open,stretched,straight," four great aesthetic principles in the process of gihon ballet training to gradually extend the dancer’s body line,make the earth-shaking changes in temperament,dancer in a dance performance in order to appear more graceful attitude in front of the audience;The systematicness is mainly reflected in the systematic and effective exercise of dancers’ feet,legs and core strength in each basic ballet training movement.After the basic training of handlebar movements,the improvement training of intermediate movements is carried out step by step.This is a process of gradually improving the comprehensive ability of dancers.Through systematic training of ballet training,dancers can be more comfortable in the large scale technical skills display in the dance performance.Standardization is the soul of the ballet gihon,each of the ballet gihon practice action must be completed in strict accordance with the requirements,the location of the foot to wipe out,legs parallel to the hip when raise into the air,body next crouching in the neck,back to keep on a level with the hips and so on,all of this is the embodiment of the ballet gihon normative,on the premise of guarantee every action normative,day after day,through this training,they can better reflect the ballet "light,accurate,stable,beauty,aesthetic standards,otherwise,no amount of training is in vain.Ballet gihon originated in western countries,the system of perfect and embody the scientific factor,ballet gihon is widely used in colleges and universities in our country and the arts organisations foundational training system,is a prerequisite to dance in our university students a course,it has an irreplaceable position in the dance training,dance for other species and neglect has greatly influenced the stage practice.Ballet basic training is divided into two parts:"supporting exercise" and "intermediate exercise".Supporting exercise is very important in ballet basic training.It is the basis of intermediate exercise.And the intermediate practice is the sublimation of the handlebar practice,dancers to have superb technical skills,it is necessary to carry out the intermediate practice.The training between these two parts is related to each other.If teachers and students blindly practice without mastering the training relationship between them,it will not only make it difficult for students to master the normative and scientific movements in the training process,but also fail to achieve the expected training objectives and effects.Therefore,this paper takes the basic ballet training as the research object and its basic movements as the research basis.Starting from the "handlebar exercise" and "intermediate exercise"movements,it deeply explores the training relationship between the two.This thesis is composed of five parts:introduction,three chapters and conclusion.The introduction part expounds the research objective of this paper from three aspects:the reason of the topic,the research status at home and abroad and the research value.The first chapter elaborates the concept and development of ballet training.The second chapter introduces the content of "holding exercise" and "intermediate exercise" in detail.The third chapter is the core part of the whole paper,from the handlebar exercise is the foundation of the middle exercise,the ability of the handlebar exercise,the middle exercise is the continuation of the handlebar exercise,the middle exercise is the sublimation of the handlebar exercise four parts to elaborate and demonstrate the relationship between the two.Conclusion,a summary of the full text of a comprehensive overview.
