Lyric novels are a rich and complex literary phenomenon in the field of modern and contemporary Chinese literature. The conception and definition of the concept originated from the "Shen Congwen research fever",which appeared in the 1980s.Under the background of the re-evaluation of literary history,a batch of modern lyrical novelist's creation has been re-excavated and valued. In the study of lyric works,Lu Xun,Yu Dafu,Fei Ming,Xiao Hong,Shen Congwen,Sun Li and other writers' works has been paid attention to.The development track of lyric novels has also been clearly presented by these writers. The lyrical feature is not only a landscape in the field of modern literature, but also in the process of the transformation of literature into contemporary, this lyrical feature has been accepted and innovated as a unique aesthetic connotation. In the process of modern literature transformation to contemporary literature, lyricism is preserved in literary creation as a literary experience and aesthetic trait. Some creations of contemporary writers not only tell stories, but also focus on writing feelings in the text. These novels are full of human touch and implications because of the integration of emotions and the spiritual world. At this point,Hong Ke,contemporary Shaanxi writer, showed his own creative ability. As a poet and novelist,Hong Ke was good at constructing his own literary world with poetic thinking. At the same time,he also attached great importance to classical literary traditions. The poetic elements are intentionally integrated into the creation,he showed the magnificent and ideal west regions. The novels filled with strong emotions have become the unique style of his creation. As a unique existence in contemporary literary world,Hongke has received continuous attention from critics and academic circles because of his rich lyric atmosphere. The emergence of modern and contemporary lyrical novels is directly related to the era in which writers live, the personal experiences of writers, and the influence of culture. In the case of Hongke,he moved from Shaanxi to Xinjiang and finally returned to Shaanxi.During the experience,he felt the different local customs and romantic wildness of the west culture. After returning to Shaanxi,he created a series of novels about Xinjiang with a pure love to the west regions.Choosing Hong Ke,a Shaanxi writer, aims to make a reasonable evaluation of his literary contribution through the study of his novels. On the other hand, through the study of Hong Ke,the question is what is the social context from the resurgence of lyric literature in the 1980s and 1990s?What is the characterization and significance of lyric literature in the contemporary literary world? These questions are indispensable thinking directions for exploring Hong Ke's novels and lyric literature. This thesis starts from the lyrical characteristics of Hongke's novels, and analyzes the connection between his creation and lyrical tradition, the creative re-creation of lyric literature and the meaning of literary production represented by lyric creation.Through the reflection of Hong ke's novel, the author will explore the literary ecological appearance and social cultural context of the 1990s,trying to find out how lyric literature can be possible in the current literary environment.
